dust42: Ask on mikrocontroller.net. There will definitely be people who know who in Germany is doing it or maybe even offer to do it for you. One of the last old fashioned forums on the net. German speaking but nowadays that shouldn't be a problem.
razvanneculai: There are some pretty good shops in Bucharest, Romania if you are interested, a Friend of had problems with his cpu and it would crash, he sent it there and in 5 days max he got it back, he said it worked good now, and didnt complain about anything, but im sure they are not specialised in GPUs.
